Our first step is careful planning. We're meticulous about which parts of the system have to be moved where, when each move has to take place, and what interdependencies there are. After taking this careful inventory, we investigate the extent to which we can consolidate or virtualize the structures as part of the migration, and make our customers' IT operations more efficient. 



There are no accidents and no surprises when we migrate a data centre. Every single step is detailed in a master plan, with instructions on when exactly it is to be carried out. And there’s at least one task manager designated for each step - often one person on our side, another on the customer's side. Our aim and purpose is to complete the move as perfectly as possible - and "perfect" means that users notice nothing at all. They simply carry on working without disruption.
