Governance requirements in the banking sector are high and subject to rapid change, particularly at present. For an IT service provider, this means to not only consistently adapt his products but also the internal processes to the requirements of his customers. FI-TS implemented this approach successfully within the scope of its longstanding cooperation with the Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba). To this end, FI-TS relied on the introduction of a clearly defined support model and the set-up of a dedicated key account management team.
Regular exchange of information on all relevant processes and projects strengthens effective and close cooperation. Given the direct dialogue, it is possible to raise awareness of new requirements at short notice, enabling an even faster response to future changes. In this respect, FI-TS managed to further optimise the close dialogue with the customer and to deepen the partnership based on trust.
