Dr. Walter Kirchmann has been Chairman of the Executive Board of FI-TS since May 2008. He joined the company in 2004 as Managing Director and heads commercial operations, customer management and sales. 

The holder of a doctorate in economics, Walter Kirchmann has many years of experience in controlling and organisation, acquired at leading banks and financial service providers. He also has considerable expertise in information technology (IT) and knows his way about the IT industry. 

Manfred Heckmeier was appointed to the Executive Board of FI-TS as Managing Director in June 2010, and is in overall charge of both the technical and strategic sides of IT production in the company. The holder of a degree in business administration – Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) – Manfred Heckmeier has worked for the Sparkasse organisation and its associated companies since 1979. He began his career as a systems developer in the Bavarian Sparkasse organisation. Building a consistent record of success in a range of positions – one of which took him to the Sparkasse IT centre (SIZ) – he took on overall stewardship of the megaproject “decentral systems of the 1990s” at IZB SOFT in 1994, and later joined the management team of the “applications & system architecture” division. He has been assisting FI-TS since 1996, most recently in charge of management of the IT factory and the associated processes in IT operation.
