FI-TS Zertifikat SITB
Complementing its “Secure IT Operation” certification, FI-TS gained the “Information Security Management in Practice” award in March 2012. The award of the SIZ (Sparkasse Informatics Center) confirms that FI-TS has a documented and approved code of practice for information security, actively operates an information security organisation, and maintains an overview of its IT infrastructure with specific statements on the need for protection and a detailed presentation of the security levels attained.
SAP certified Provider of Cloud Services
FI-TS has been “SAP Certified in Cloud Services” since January 2011, making us one of the first providers worldwide with a SAP-certified cloud environment. It’s another reason why our customers choose us to bring the benefits of cloud technology to their SAP operation.
SAP certified Hosting Partner
SAP developed the “SAP Hosting Partner” certification so its customers would have a reliable seal of quality for choosing where to host their SAP applications. The certification shows that the partner hosts SAP affordably and efficiently on state-of-the-art IT structures. We have held this certification since 2011 – forceful evidence of our ability to run infrastructure for SAP applications.
ISO 27001:2005
Currently only a few companies in Germany hold the information security certification ISO 27001:2005. FI-TS joined the ranks of the world’s best with certification back in December 2006 – proof that our levels of security measure up to this exacting international standard. This gives us excellent standing as an IT service provider in the Sparkasse Finance Group, the largest banking group in Europe.
Trusted Site Infrastructure (TSI)
In safeguarding the security of data centres, we follow the strict validation criteria and measures prescribed by TÜV Informationstechnik GmbH (TÜViT) for data centre security zones, and hold TSI (Trusted Site Infrastructure) certification. We do everything in our power to keep our data centres running smoothly – and to maintain optimal security for our customers.
ISO 9001:2008
This standard defines the requirements for quality management. The FI-TS quality management system has been ISO 9001-certified since 1998. What difference does it make for our customers? They have solid evidence that the quality of their IT infrastructure is sound, without having to invest resources of their own.
TSI SW100

PCI DSS EN
FI-TS has been certified since February 2013 to the international standard that's mandatory for any company which processes credit card information: the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). PCI-DSS certification is another keystone in our compliance with the toughest of security requirements. FI-TS is one of the first service providers in Germany to be directly certified to the PCI-DSS standard. In practice, this means we have a non-customer-specific, verified, PCI-DSS-certified service zone and can provide companies cost-efficiently with compliance with the PCI-DSS requirements.
